Come have a fun and interactive evening making a delicious sushi feast! In this workshop, participants will learn knife skills and rolling techniques, and make sauces, garnishes, tempura vegetables and steamed edamame. From cooking methods, techniques and tips, to garnishing, adding textures and colour, you will go home with a whole new set of skills and confidence to cook in your kitchen!
This tasty workshop will be led by Chef Shauna from the Live Well Co.
