West 5 At The London Home Show

When you’re working on something as monumental as West 5, it’s extremely difficult to keep it to yourself. This isn’t just any project; this is the legacy of Sifton Properties. That’s why it was so exciting to unveil West 5 publicly for the first time during the 22nd annual London Home Builders’ Association Lifestyle Home Show, which attracted roughly 16,000 visitors. I had the tremendous opportunity to introduce the home show audience to one of the world’s most energy efficient and leading edge community during a press conference – and then speak directly with visitors at our interactive booth afterwards.

Our booth included several interactive touch-screen displays, allowing visitors to explore and learn more about the community. Show-goers were given the opportunity to give us their direct input, which will help us further shape West 5’s vision as it begins to unfold. Over the next 10 years, this 70-acre, 100% energy efficient development will come to life and forever change the way that communities are planned, designed and executed. As Stacey Sage of the Home Builders’ Association noted at the Home Show, West 5 “will change everything”. It’s going to quite literally become the most visionary, experiential lifestyle destination ever.
