West 5: A Destination Of Destinations, All Year Round

On more than one occasion, I’ve referred to West 5 as the most experiential lifestyle destination ever. West 5 will be a multi-faceted place where people can live, work, shop and play, but my ultimate goal is to bring these diverse audiences together. That’s very important, because my vision is that West 5 will become London’s next energetic hub.

West 5 will be: a home to many, a shopping destination, a date night location, a place to revel in public art, enjoy live music and nightlife, and even a place to stay active with friends or family. I envision children enjoying our parks and splash pads, families enjoying walks along our trails. People will come for work, and stay to enjoy one of West 5’s many restaurants and cafes. Residents and visitors will shop the farmer’s market for locally grown produce and then enjoy an ice coffee in our central plaza. In the winter months, after a day of play in our snowy parks and warming up with a hot chocolate, families will gather to marvel at the large Christmas tree in the centre of the community. West 5 will be a place that has activity all through the day and night, every day and every month.

Whether you are a resident of the community itself or a visitor from the greater London area, I envision you enjoying everything that West 5 will have to offer. Unique architecture, lively public spaces and vistas will breath new life into the city.
