HĒLIO FAQ

Hēlio boasts impressive amenities which including the Citrine Party Room, Ignite Fitness and Yoga, the Eclipse Media Room and Glimmer Guest Suite. Residents will be able to book out the amenity spaces for individual usage.

We offer 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom plus den, 2 bedroom, 2 bedroom plus den and 3 bedroom suite options with a variety of layouts and features.

Yes! Residents will be able to charge their electric vehicles at their own cost in the Hēlio parkade.

Hēlio will be a secured building and only residents will be permitted to enter the building or residential parking areas. We will have controlled and remote access to the building, parking garage and amenity spaces. You will have an electronic key to access your home and to use throughout the building.

Each suite includes 1 to 2 parking spots dependent on the size of the apartment and number of leaseholders. There is both underground and covered parking. Parking costs vary.

Hēlio will have a dedicated team of staff including a Resident Building Manager, Property Manager, Maintenance Technicians, Administrative support staff and Leasing Professionals. Our staff and contractors work year-round to maintain the property including landscaping, building cleaning and servicing of the building’s mechanical systems. Our service staff wear Sifton uniforms and drive Sifton vehicles so they’re easily recognizable in the neighbourhood with vendors properly name tagged and uniformed.
