Hi, it’s Richard here. Communities grow stronger when residents regularly have an opportunity to connect and interact with others. This is something we feel tremendously passionate about as we develop West 5. We’re going to give our residents plenty of reasons to come together and collectively enjoy the community, with events and activities happening all year round.

No matter the season, there will always be something for you to enjoy at West 5. Our lively central park will be buzzing with lots of activity and excitement. Everything from farmer’s markets to events for children, families and couples – there will be plenty of ways to create lasting memories with your family and neighbours. We’ll also have seasonal events, such as food festivals and music in the park during the warmer months, and holiday themed events in the winter, such as our Christmas tree lighting.

West 5 will also host multiple annual events for residents and visitors. We’re talking arts, music, food and culturally themed festivals that will have everyone eagerly anticipating every year. Large events that will not only bring people together in a way that’s simply unique and special to West 5, but also promote and support local businesses. Imagine, a music festival only a short walk from your home. That’s the kind of lifestyle you have to look forward to in this revolutionary community.
