Chef Kirk Weiss from RiverBend Golf Community prepares a variety of dishes at each event, specifically chosen to suit a particular theme. We invite our guests to get hands-on as Chef Kirk walks through the steps of preparing these spectacular dishes. From root vegetables, to comfort food and Crème Brule for dessert, Kirk’s extensive knowledge of food and how to pair it is undeniable – and tastes amazing!
Our last cooking demo included Hungarian stew with polenta, lasagna, smoky bacon and potato soup, finished with delicious Crème Brulee. Here are a few recipes shared by Chef to give you a taste of what’s been cooking at West 5!
