Hi, it’s Richard here. They say that every great story has a beginning – and for Sifton, it all started in 1923 here in London, Ontario. My grandfather, Harry Sifton, built his first home at 587 Rosedale Avenue in London, where it still currently stands.

Hi, it’s Richard here. I think one of the most interesting – and possibly dynamic – things about West 5 will be the eclectic grouping of people. There will be many housing options for residents, which will create lots of brilliant opportunities for different perspectives as you experience everything our walkable, pedestrian-centric community will have to offer.
